We undertake that no customer or prospect details collected, or held,
in the course of REAL Solutions' marketing and sales activity will be
shared, either in hard copy or electronically, with any business, or
personnel from any business, that is not wholly, or part-owned by REAL
Solutions or its holding company, under any circumstances, without that
customer's or prospect's prior consent by writing or by email.

We further undertake that all contacts held on the REAL Solutions sales
and marketing database will be able to opt out of receiving electronic
sales and marketing communications at any time, by making a request to
do so in writing or by email. In every communication that said contacts
receive as part of a sales or marketing exercise they will, in that
communication, have the opportunity to opt out of all future electronic
promotional communication or questionnaires related to that specific
topic.

or prospects who have opted out of marketing communication where we
sincerely believe we hold information, the withholding of which, could
prove injurious to the business or personal prospects of the individual
